GSE influence on AGS cell migration in a wound healing model. (A) Sample images showing the wound closure in AGS cells treated with 600 μg/mL GSE versus the control group at 0 and 24 hours. 1×106 cells per well were plated in 6-well plates to achieve confluence before scratch formation. These images illustrate the initial wound gap and the subsequent closure progress over time. Images were captured at 10× magnification using an optical microscope.
