The effects of Noni in microglia activated by DOX. BV2 microglial cells were incubated with noni for 24 hours and then DOX was treated for 6 h. After the treatment time of DOX, the cells were assessed to measure cell viability (A) **P<0.02 for NC versus Noni 10% groups in the presence of 100 or 200 nM DOX concentration, respectively and (B) IL-6 expression level (IL-6 /cell viability). *P< 0.05 or **P<0.02 for DOX only versus Noni 5% groups in the presence of 100 or 200 nM DOX concentration, respectively.
