Sensitivity (%)=45/(45+5)×100=45/50×100=90.0

Specificity (%)=50/(0+50)×100=50/50×100=100.0

Negative likelihood ratio = probability of negative test in those with disease probability of negative test in those without disease = 1 − sensitivity specificity = 1 − 0.9 / 1 = 0.1 / 1 = 0.1

Positive likelihood ratio = probability of positive test in those with disease probability of positive test in those without disease = sensitivity 1 − specificity = 0.9 / 1 − 1
