MAPK signaling pathway was downregulated by miR-30a-5p and Dex in LPS-induced BV2 cells. BV2 cells were transfected with miRNA-30a-5p (50 nM) for 24 h and then incubated with Dex (20 μg/mL) and LPS (1 μg/mL) for 24 h, The phosphorylation level of ERK (A), JNK (B) and p-38 (C) were detected by western blot. Data are presented as the means±S.D. Values of *P<0.05, **P<0.01 versus control; #P<0.05, ##P<0.01 compared with LPS group.
