(A) Initial chest PA showed normalfinding on both lung field, no cardiomegaly. (B) ECG demonstrated normal sinus rhythm, no abnormal finding. (C) 2D echocardiography showed a thickened aortic valve and calcification, which restricted the movement of the LCC (parasternal short axis view-aortic valve level). (D) The maximal AV peak velocity of 2.7 m/s, maximum gradient of 29 mmHg, and mean gradient of 14 mmHg indicate mild aortic stenosis (apical 5 chamber view).
